Ethan stood on the deck of his luxurious yacht. In one hand, he held a crystal wine glass, filled with a deep red vintage. In the other hand, he held a pair of binoculars .As he gazed out over the commotion. The team of experienced seamen, were struggling to lift the body from the churning waters and onto the safety of their lifeboat. Ethan watched with interest, his sharp gaze flickering between the struggling seamen and the motionless form of the body. The wind caught the tails of his suit, causing it to flap wildly in the breeze. Despite the wind, the man seemed unfazed as he continued to watch.
Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the team of seamen managed to bring the body onto the lifeboat. With deft, they carried the body across the choppy waves and up onto the deck of the yacht, where they set it down before Ethan.
The atmosphere was tense and as Ethan gazed down at the lifeless form before him. As he placed his wine glass down ,a look of shock flickered across his face, noticing the body is of a woman in a wedding dress. The woman's dress was torn and dirty, her hair tangled and her skin pale and lifeless.
As Ethan gazed down at the young woman, he couldn't help but feel a sense of urgency to save her. He reached out and gently removed a lock of hair that had fallen over her face, revealing her pale and delicate features. Her beauty was striking, even in her unconscious state.
"Prepare the best medical team on the island immediately. And make sure no one knows about this," Ethan's voice was firm and commanding, leaving no room for argument. "Also prepare some fresh women cloths"
Butler Auden nodded in understanding, but before he could lift the girl up, Ethan surprised him by removing his coat and using it to cover the girl's body before picking her up in his arms.
"I want every piece of information on this woman by tomorrow morning," Ethan's tone was serious, which caught Auden off guard as his boss had never shown any interest in a woman before.
Ethan carried the young woman into his private room, laying her down gently on the bed and covering her with a warm blanket. He adjusted the room temperature to make it as warm as possible, wanting to ensure her comfort.
As he examined her, his heart clenched at the sight of the swollen cheek and the bloodstain in the corner of her mouth. The handprint on her white skin was evidence that she had been slapped, and the purple mark on her wrist suggested she had been brutally tied up. Ethan's blood boiled at the thought of someone treating such a delicate beauty in such a cruel manner.
As the door to his luxurious bedroom swung open, Ethan looked up to see Butler Auden and Captain James entering with two women in tow.
Butler Auden spoke up first, his voice grave and professional. "Young master, the doctors are on their way to the island. They'll be arriving any minute now."
Ethan nodded, his eyes flickering over to the two women standing nervously beside Captain James. "And who might these two be?" he asked.
Captain James stepped forward, a small smile on his face. "Your highness, these two are our female staff who are specialized in medical care. They'll be looking after the young miss until we reach the island. We've also prepared fresh clothes as per your instructions." As the women approached with fresh clothing, Ethan's sharp gaze landed on the pile of fabric.
"Place the cloth here and everyone out," he instructed, his voice commanding.
Butler Auden and Captain James exchanged bewildered glances, unsure of how to respond to their young master's unusual request. The two female staff members looked nervously at each other, sensing the tension in the room.
"But young mast--" Butler Auden began to protest, but Ethan's stern look silenced him.
Without another word, Butler Auden bowed and quickly ushered Captain James and the women out of the room, shutting the door behind them. The atmosphere in the room changed as soon as they left, and Ethan was left alone with the unconscious beauty.
Ethan's jaw tightened as he looked down at the woman lying before him, her breathing shallow and labored. He reached out and gently removed the blanket that covered her injured body.
The sight of the young woman's battered and bruised skin made his heart ache. Without a moment's hesitation, he tore apart her dirty and wet wedding dress, exposing the wounds and cuts that littered her body. As he worked to clean and dress her injuries, he couldn't help but wonder who she was and how she had ended up in such a horrific state.
With every careful movement of his hands, Ethan's resolve only grew stronger. Once her wounds were treated and dressed, he lifted her delicate form and moved her to the other side of the bed, discarding the ruined sheets. He covered her with a warm blanket. His body was sweaty due to high temperature in the room but his eyes never leaving the delicate beauty. He even liked her faint fragrant scent. He couldn’t help but want to get closer to her more.
