Background

Starla was the middle child in her family so she never really got the attention in her family this affected her in school to which led to her not being as talkative like the others.

Bye mom im off to school i still dont get why i let her know its not like she cares anyway she always ignores me whats the point of me going to school anyway its not like i enjoy being there i dont even have friends i try to but i just get laughed at so whats the point anymore i get all As so whats the point of my so called mom sending me to this school everyday while my other siblings get to go to choose when they want to go to school and get what ever they want. Anyways i sit in the back off the class thats how the popular kids separated it popular and jocks in the middle nerds in front and weirdos in back. The “weirdos” are me josh, pammy, lakayla, and josé. Why am i a weirdo i dont know once you hit middle school you get in to catogorys if if you’re lucky youll be with the populars or unlucky like me or like Steven the nerd. I used to get picked on I guess im getting a break i was always different from the others my siblings always say i was a mistake and mom shouldnt have wasted her time with me. It hurts but youll get used to it because it becomes common when your the middle child. sometimes in elementary my mom would forget to pick me up because she got distracted worrying about Tory the oldest by one year Camilea the second youngest and milly the youngest. Dad left a few years ago i wouldnt say left it wasn’t a choice once you get caught with drugs and a firearm that was evolved in a crime scene you have no say. I wouldnt say dad was the worst but he did some things dads shouldnt do liked showed tony how to put on a condom at 6 years old and taught me how to roll a blunt at 8 so he wasnt the greatest but he did try to give his attention to me sometimes.

Him and mom argued alot but he never put his hands on her he would either drink or punch a wall i would say they were toxic since i look like my dad i see why my mom treats me how she does so i mostly spend my time at home in my room either listening to music doing homework or sleeping my mom calls me lazy when i do all of the chores around the house while she watches her favorite tv show with her favorite children sometimes i think about running away but i dont think they would even notice i was gone i bet the house would be messy though. I thought about doing some activities but i tried and tony either broke them or did something.
