"Ugh, " I groaned as I started taking off my clothes. Tonight had been a long night. All my nights were, especially working as a stripper. I had started to remember the interesting person that had came into the club tonight.

"Jay!" A familiar voice yelled. Athena? "Look, Jay, we're gonna make sure you have some fun in here. I mean, I can't believe you're still a ******! How crazy is that? You're 25, for goodness sake!"

"You don't have to tell the whole world, Athena," a man with a bit of an Mexican accent said.

"I know, I know. " I finally spotted her in the crowd. She was playing with her hair a bit. "I know, but it's your birthday! Losing your virginity would be a great birthday present. And I have someone in mind that you might like."

She looked around until her eyes landed on me. "There!" She pointed at me. "He's the perfect match. Go get him."

He muttered something under his breath that I couldn't hear, and started walking my way. I straightened up, and bit my lip nervously. Once he got here, he looked at me and eyed my body hungrily. His green eyes filled with lust mesmerized me. "Hey, cutie, what's your name? " He asked running a dark skinned hand up my arm.

"Sky," I responded as I wrapped my arms around his neck, and nibbled on his ear.

"Well, Sky, wanna have some fun, you naughty boy?" He had changed so quickly, from looking as if he didn't want to be here. Well, I mean, my body does work wonders, even though so many people have used it.

"Yeah, happy birthday....Jay. " I started to kiss him as I led him somewhere private.

I liked him, just a bit. I mean, sure, he was just another guy to ejaculate and evacuate, but it really was fun. Eh, I would probably never meet him again, so it's whatever.

"Avery!" My sister yelled.

"What!" I yelled back.

Instead of yelling, she came upstairs and barged into my room. Luckily I had my boxers on. "Oh, are you going to take a shower?"

"Yeah, Allie. Why don't you wait on my bed? "

"I want cuddlessss, " She whined. She was a bit immature for her age, which was 16, but so cute.

"Ask Kyle." Kyle was the owner of this house. My sister and I got kicked out when I was 21, and when she was 13. We stayed in a hotel with some money I had, but when I couldn't pay anymore, we had to leave. I called up Kyle, and asked him if I could stay there to a little bit. Honestly, I didn't think he would let me, because I didn't have any money, but he said I could stay for free. I was so happy. I now have money, so I'm able to pay him back and provide for myself most do the time.

"I want cuddles with chuuuuuu." She pouted.

" Sorry, but I have to. My job is pretty hard, and I always need to clean up after working, sweetheart. "

"Okeee, but cuddle with me when you get out." She lied down on the bed and cuddled with my pillow.

I got some clothes, went into the bathroom, and took my boxers off. I looked down at my d*** and it was impressively big. Well, I was never one to care for size, unless I was 'Sky'. When I was 'Sky', everything was different. I was a different person, and it felt good and bad at the same time. I felt like a sl*t when I was 'Sky' but when I was Avery, I felt useless, which felt even worse.

I mentally groaned.

Tonight was going to be worry-free, Avery. Stop thinking things like that, idiot!

But I can't help it, ugh, I hate my life.

I turned the water on and got in the shower. I quickly washed up and wondered What even is my life?

What's the purpose of life? Why am I here? Why? Answer me God!

I knew he/she/they wouldn't, but hey, it was worth a try. I got out of the shower, dried off, and put on my clothes. I was wearing some very short shorts and a sweater.

Allie was still cuddling my pillow, but when she heard me come out, she jumped up. "Averyyyyyy......" I hopped on the bed and pulled her to my chest, and she nuzzled her face in my neck. "When are we going home?....."

Those words, the ones that she asked nearly every night, broke my heart. And they would keep on breaking my heart until I had the courage to tell her we were never going home again. To tell her that our parents are gone, probably out in the middle of nowhere rotting away, and that our house is no longer a home. To tell her that this is home. " Later, " I simply responded.

"That's what you said last time." I could see tears welling up I get eyes. " I want to see mom and dad! " She cried hugging me tightly. She really wouldn't want to see them if she knew the state they were in, they were probably still the same druggies that kicked us out there years ago.

I sighed. " Shh, go to sleep. " She cried a bit more until she finally fell asleep from exhaustion.

Kyle walked into the room while yawning, but he has a concerned look on his face. "Avery...." He started.

" Shut up! "

"You need to tell her. She can't keep believing that you're going home. It's been three years, you can't keep hiding it!"

" Shh! You're going to wake her. "

He frowned. "Fine, but you have to tell her eventually. She doesn't even know you're a stripper. "

I patted the bed. "Lay down, I'll be right back. I just need to take Allie to her room." He came and lied down.

I picked Allie up, and carried her to her room. I lied her down on the bed and tucked her in. She stirred around a bit, but I kissed her forehead and hugged her. "I love you, Allie."

I went back into our room, and lied down with Kyle, but not before taking my contacts off. He wrapped an arm around my waist, and I cuddled into him. "Please, Avery, please realize that I'm asking you to tell her to help both of you. I know it hurts you hiding this from her. "

"I know....just give me some time, please." I buried my face in his chest, and tried my best to go to sleep. He rubbed my back for comfort and to be honest, it was really helping.

I found myself slowly slipping into a dreamland filled with candy, and fairies, and just a couple nightmares.
