Finally, Teo leaped, channeling wind magic through his shard in a final, precise strike at the dark energy cluster. The Manananggal screeched, its wings faltering, then shrank back into the forest, disappearing into the shadows.

The forest grew quiet again, but Teo didn't feel relief-only resolve. Every encounter, every monster, was a step closer to uncovering the truth behind the corruption and the rogue god.

That night, as he rested by the riverbank, Tikoy curled protectively beside him, and Amihan hovered watchfully above. Teo stared at the stars, feeling a mix of awe and determination.
