My cheeks burn... and eyes staring in his half lidded ones... filled with love and something so strange... Desire.

It's the first time i've ever seen Arima Kousei like this. I finally decided to meet his tongue back and UGH!

His tongue is trembling and... Boom!

The door opened, mom and dad took an instinctive step in, then froze... We were just as frozen as them. That was the most quickest expression change from emotional to surprise to side eye and lastly become tomatoes.

Arima turned his head doesn't towards then and finally pulled back... Wiping his mouth and mine with his thumb.

Kousei: she is awake.

My parents stared in disbelief. He was so casual about that it even made me think twice if the kiss actually happened,, or it was all just in my head?

Anyway, my mom and dad ran and threw their arms around me...gently making sure not to disturb the IV attached to my arm. Mom and dad...both crying their heart out.

Arima took another step back and when i came to, he was not around anymore.

Arima's P**OV**

When i saw her like that... Her eyes locked with mine... looking so mischievous yet so innocent, i couldn't control myself and pressed my lips on hers before i even realized it.

Her lips were so cotton soft and she tastes like cakes and cherries. i couldn't help but slip my tongue in... even tho this was unintentional, it's not like i didn't want it...

I kept looking in her eyes, trying to show her courage or boldness, but honestly... my heart is racing and waves of nerves are flowing through my body.

She was looking at me with such surprise, but i can't blame her, i would've reacted the same too if she kissed me all of a sudden.

When her tongue finally decided to tangle with mine... my heart skipped a beat so fast... I wanted to savor the moment not, but the door opened.

Uhm...it's her parents... I am really having an adrenaline rush but i can't panic or i will look like a coward

I pulled away softly...wiping my mouth then here "she is awake"

I surprised myself with how much controlled by voice sounded... or maybe i wasn't the only one surprised there.

Her parents rushed forward and pulled her in a gentle embrace... crying and peppering her with kisses... I knew this isn't my place to interrupt or stand, so i slipped away as soon as they three got busy with each other.

I stood in the balcony outside the hallway, leaning on the railing...my lips swollen, when i felt a loud smack on my shoulder, i gasped and turned... it's Watari.

Watari: Yo! She still faint?

I sighed, rubbed my back "nah, woke up couple of moments ago"

Watari (gasp): then go meet her! Why are you standing here like a dummy?!

i chuckled softly "she is engaging with her parents right now" i blushed a little "besides, i already met her"
