Eiriene followed Marcoh across everywhere she guided her to.
They walked swiftly into offices, hallways, a cafeteria. Some offices with lieutenants, majors, generals. Basically, they met everyone along the way around the building. The walls were pure white, some decorated with flags, all of them green, representing a dragon pattern on them, hanging.
Marcoh and Eiriene walked through the final hallway, and as they did so, they stumbled across Führer King Bradley.
The Führer looked at the two.
He wore the military uniform, two long swords settled beside his hips, His hair dark and a mustache on his face, a pitch black patch covering his left eye. He is standing tall in front of them, and he speaks up, his voice masculine and strong, but friendly as well.
"Hello, you two. I figure you, Bloodlust, is touring the new State Alchemist around the headquarters?"
Marcoh's frown and swiftness in her previous words and tour, just to be quick, because she didn't want to do the tour, changes into a sly smile, trying to sound her best towards a higher rank than her.
"Good Morning, Führer Bradley, we were indeed on our tour, I was showing her around, like Colonel Roy Mustang requested me to. This was indeed the last hallway to the end of it, and me and Ragingwaves, along with the Fullmetal and his brother, will soon ascend to the train to Lior. It would be bad if we missed the train. Would you like our help with anything?" She said quite composed, looking at the Führer with a raised eyebrow.
"To Lior, you say.." He said, looking at Marcoh, then turning his gaze on Eiriene, and he spoke again. "No, I won't need your help with anything, I was looking for Second Lieutenant Breda, but no need to help. You shall return to your tour."
Marcoh then replied with:
"Very well then!" She smiled, and grabbed Eiriene's hand hard enough to drag her away, past the Führer.
Soon enough, they were finished, and went off to look for the other young Alchemist and his brother, but they had no need to look. The stumbled across them right as the thought came to mind. Marcoh was about to speak, but Edward Elric took one look at her and spoke up first:
"There you two are! The train is about to leave soon! You must be Eiriene, the one we heard about..!"
He said, and Eiriene spoke again, her voice sweet and deafening for Marcoh.
"Why, indeed! You cancall me Eiri, tough-"
But, unfortunately she was cut off the endless rambling she was about to do, with a strong enough tug at her arm, that made her stop. Marcoh released her arm and spoke.
"I think we should go, Eiri, or we will miss the train if you talk again, yeah? Thank you," And with that, she gripped her arm and marched forwards to exit the building, The turned her head to look over at her shoulders to the two brothers. "Are you coming, or not?"
Edward nodded his head and followed along behind them, then reached them and walked alongside his brother next to Marcoh, metal clacking.
The train station was busy with people, others heading to their business or either hometown. Edward, and his brother Alphonse, boarded the train, Marcoh and Eiriene following behind them. They sat across some red seats, facing each other, before Eiriene spoke up again, introducing her self and kept rambling for what felt like forever, but Marcoh just wasn't in the mood to listen to a yapping woman who was almost probably like thirty years old. So, instead, she just placed her elbow on the window frame, her face a bit moody, the light from the outside world splashing on her face, the scars on her face clearly visible, her eyes pitch black like a void, her lips almost curled into a tired frown, as she looks outside the window. Suddenly, the train starts moving, and young Marcoh seems much more interested to the outside than the person sitting next to her that was rambling. Which, of course, it was Eiriene.
The landscape view outside shifted constantly, the trees and plants flashing across her very eyes. She was rather mesmerized by the constantly shifting view, rather than her companions. As her name got voiced out, she turned to look at who called her or mentioned her.
"...Marcoh's tour was quite fast, she is a good one to give tours..."
But after she thought that they talked about nothing that she cared about, she turned to her own interest, lost in her thoughts and looking at the view from the window, that now shifted into mountains.
The train soon stopped into a halt at a stop. It was certainly not Lior, but Dublith, and quite a lot of people stepped out of the train. After the doors closed, the train slowly began moving again to the next stop.
Lior.
She slightly shifted to look at the brothers, then to look at Eiri. She had a ton of questions she wanted to ask her, so that's what she did.
"So..." She began, as the three turned the attention to her, surprised she even spoke at all. "I have quite a few questions to ask you, Eiri."
"Why, sure? I would very well like to hear them out!" She said as she smiled.
Er..... I don't quite like her optimism...why is she smiling? Because I'm curious? should I even ask, or will it cause a full-on never-ending speech?
But, either way, she began asking:
"Wh- What are you doing here in Amestris? How come you became a State Alchemist, what do you know about Alchemy? What can you do? And don't lie, I want to hear every. single. thing. you have to say."
It's like a small interrogation, and Eiriene doesn't hesitate to speak, but meanwhile she does...
Meanwhile, back at the headquarters, Colonel Mustang sits somewhere in his office, thinking, almost daydreaming, ALMOST, about the new alchemist. Maybe he thought she was pretty, or rather quite beautiful. But who knew?
Anyhow...
Eiri spoke to Marcoh, her voice sweet enough with almost measured words, as she looked back at Marcoh.
Why.. Why is she looking at me like that?? I don't like it... she thought, as the ride continued...
...Off to Lior they go.
