Chapter 2

At school

"How do you like that? huh" I said with mockery as I gripped the girl with blonde silver, soft reflective, himecut with pink soft, faded, dull, gentle eyes hair tighter, her face and hair wet as I dragged her head by her hair onto the sink again

I pulled her head away from the sink

"do you know what you've gotten your self into? What's your name again?" I scoffed my tone filled with mockery

"too bad it's not worth knowing, I rather call you what I want to" I kicked the back of her knee cap, she dropped but didn't scream

She didn't react the way she would

I frowned in dissatisfaction

Tsk

My grip loosened as I let go then sat down on a chair, legs spread, arms crossed as I grabbed a cigarette and a lighter from my right pocket

"Go fetch me another pack" I said in a cold tone

her face was wet as her face was covered with her hair as the front of her body leaned against the sink while both of her hands gripping onto the side

She giggled as she got her balance back and stood up, hair still covering her face while slowly walking towards me

"Step sis" her expression darkened while a pang of satisfaction and gentleness appeared on her face

"Do you really not remember me yui?…" her tone weirdly teasing and unsettling but also gentle as the air inside the room slowly became thick as she walked closer towards me

My body twitched as the slight nervousness crept in

and what does she mean by step sis?

She glared deep into my eyes as she stopped

"Step sis…." she hesitated "did.. you... miss me.. Yui.. Aizawa?" she said her voice deep and unsettling as she glared deeply into my eyes then turned around and walked off

"what a weirdo.." I whispered under my breath as I thought of something

What does she exactly mean by step sis? I never met her before... I said in my thoughts as I lit up a cigarette

After school I walked back home since my dad went to pick up my new step sibling

as I was walking I drowned into my thoughts

could it be she?.. no way I said in my thoughts as I walked after while running my hand through my hair

Impossible...

I opened the door "Dad are you back home?" I shouted waiting for a response as I took off my shoes and put it beside the door

Geez I guess they're not home yet...

I went to my room and threw my bag on the floor while I threw my body flat against the bed

I slightly closed my eyes and accidentally fell alseep

A few minutes passed by

7:40Pm

I woke up with the sound of people talking in the living room

I slowly got up and went out of my room still half asleep

My dad was sitting at the dining room talking with a girl that looked like she was the same age as me

wait...

she looks...

I stared deeply from far away onto her appearance eyes still sleepy

shit I can't see very clearly.

Dad noticed me and greeted me with a warm smile

"Yui come sit here next to us" he said with a warm smile while gesturing for me to sit next with them

"This is your new step sibling, Rei Aizawa"

R-rei Aizawa?....

The name eoched through my head as my expression was filled with shock and disbelief

But wasn't she the girl I've been bullying for the past 2 weeks?.. Now you're telling me she's rei and is now my step Impossibleossible shit that could never happen... EVER!

Thoughts ran in my mind as I was trying hard to process things out

N-no way there's alot of people named rei... That could never be the rei I met a few years ago and left....

or could be?

SHIT

I snapped out of my thoughts as I heard dad say

"Yui hurry up and come sit with us you've been standing there for awhile now..." dads tone grew impatient

"on my way-" i said trying to make my tone flat as a slight tremble escaped through my tone as I walked to the dining room and sat with them uncomfortably

"Well Yui.. This is Rei Aizawa I heard that you guys met before years ago and were very close to each other. please treat her with love, care and respect since me and your step mother are not going to be at home for a while.. I'm pretty sure you could take care of her right?.. although she might look like she's the same age as you she's actually younger... I'm hoping that you could take some responsibilities since you're an older sister now... " Dad said

I snapped and got up as I slammed both of my hands onto the table my expression darkening

His words shot me like a bullet

what does he mean me and that girl met before?

this can't be it...

 "I-i think I'm gonna skip dinner for today" I tried to do a fake smile as I walked off pissed

"Yui! I forgot to tell you rei is gonna sleep with you since she doesn't have her room yet" dad yelled but I was already slamming the door behind me

Dad sighed in dissapointed "that kid.." as he looked to rei again "I'm sorry about that rei... You should go talk to her to see if shes okay and unpack your belongings since you guys are sharing the room"

Rei nodded

"I understand Mr. Aizawa, Ill go talk to her for you" She said in a gentle and polite tone.
