​From the opposite direction, Shao Yu walks calmly under a simple umbrella, closely cradling a thick leather portfolio filled with his hard-earned design sketches and reference files.

​Sheng Feng freezes. In his entire life, especially now as the newly appointed head of the company, no one had ever dared to speak to him with such blunt defiance. He stares at Shao Yu, stunned into temporary silence by the sheer confidence in the designer's eyes.

​For a split second, his ego wants to argue further, but the ticking clock and the pressing crisis of his father's illness pull him back. He scoffs, stepping over a stray piece of paper, and storms off toward his waiting luxury car without a single word of apology.

​Shao Yu sighs, bending down to gather the damp, ruined papers from the ground. He watches the sleek car speed away into the misty rain, muttering to himself.
