Doctor Gill William tried every medical treatment, every experimental drug, and every
possible medicine to save Lisa. But as minutes turned into hours and hours turned into
days, the days turned into weeks, he knew he was running out of options
and time. One day, while researching ancient medicines, he stumbled upon a modified text
that mentioned a rare herb, hidden deep within the rare plants, with extraordinary healing
properties. Desperate to save Lisa, Doctor William was set out on a mission to create
medicine that would heal his wife and their unborn baby. He packed his bag early in the
morning, said goodbye to his sleeping wife, and ventured into the dense forest across the
city to gather the remarkable healing properties of certain herbs, hoping against hope.
As he ventured into the forest, the dense foliage welcomed him, and the sounds of the city
faded away. He walked for hours, his eyes scanning the forest floor, top of the trees and
within springs for any sign of the herbs. The sun beat down on him, and exhaustion began
to take its toll. While he searching through the underbrush, his eyes landed on a
shimmering crystal nestled among the leaves. Interested, he picked it up, feeling an
inexplicable pull towards it and placed it in his pocket.
After getting the herbs Doctor William rushed back to his home, eager to begin testing the
rare herbs he had collected from the forest. He placed the crystal aside on the table and
started sorting the herbs with precision. As he worked, his focus narrowed to the task at
hand, and he became completely absorbed in categorizing, boiling, and preparing the
herbs for testing. Minutes passed, and the room grew warmer, the air thickening with the
scent of boiling herbs. Doctor William didn't mind the rising temperature, too
engrossed in his work. The crystal, forgotten on the table, began to melt, its edges growing
soft and pliable. As the heat intensified, the crystal started to drip, its gooey tendrils
stretching down towards the herbs below. Doctor William, still oblivious, continued his
work, carefully measuring out portions and recording his findings. Unbeknownst to Gill, the
crystal mixed with ancient properties, infused the herbs with its energy, enhancing their
potency. Doctor William, driven by his love for Lisa and their unborn baby, and his
determination to save them, conducted rigorous tests on the new batch of herbs, unaware
of the crystal's influence. He worked tirelessly, day and night, pushing his skills as a
scientist to the ultimate test. Finally, after a day and night of testing, the results were in - a
staggering 91.567% positive test rate. Doctor William couldn't believe his eyes; the
medicine was more effective than he could have ever imagined. With trembling hands, he
made out a tablet , his heart racing with anticipation. He rushed to Lisa's side, placed the
medicine into her mouth so that it dissolves and then she swallows it.
After Lisa swallowing the medicine, the crystal cells within the medicine separated from it
and traveled through her bloodstream, reaching the womb. There, they mingled with the
cells of her unborn baby, causing a sudden, unexpected mutation. As the baby's cells
began to transform, Doctor William remained unaware of the subtle changes taking place
on the baby because Lisa began to experience a remarkable recovery. Her vital signs
stabilized. The medicine seemed to be working
wonders on her. The baby's development was altering in ways that would only become
apparent later. Doctor William overjoyed the recovery of Lisa, he checked on the baby and
he was completely fine.
Doctor William sat beside his wife, on the hospital bed, relief washing over him as he held
her hand. "I'm so glad you're okay after that accident," he said, his voice filled with emotion.
Lisa smiled weakly, still shaken. "I'm feeling much better, thanks to you. But what
happened? One minute I was in a taxi, and the next, I was waking up in your laboratory."
Doctor William explained the details of the accident and the treatment she received. Lisa
listened intently, her eyes locked on her husband. He reassured Lisa that their unborn baby
was fine and that she would make a full recovery. Lisa's eyes sparkled with tears as she
squeezed his hand. “I’m excited,” she whispered. “and a bit nervous, but knowing you're
here with me makes all difference.” Days passed, and the Lisa's health continued to
improve. Eventually, the nine months came and she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. "We
need to name him something special," Lisa said, on the hospital bed, beaming with joy as
they gazed at their newborn baby boy. "I've been thinking about that," Doctor William
replied, "and I keep coming back to James. It's a strong, classic name that suits him
perfectly." "I love it!" Lisa exclaimed. "And what about a middle
name?" Doctor William thought for a moment before suggesting, "How about Williams? It's
my grandfather's name, and I've
always wanted to honor him in some way." Lisa face lit up. "James Williams is perfect! It
sounds so handsome and
dignified.” The family was overjoyed, and their happiness was
palpable.
However, James was a baby like no others. From the moment he entered the world, he was
sensitive to every sensation, every
touch, and every feeling. Whenever he experienced physical pain, he would cry
uncontrollably, louder and longer than other babies. His parents, Lisa and Doctor William,
would try to soothe him, but nothing seemed to work for long. As the months went by,
Doctor William and Lisa grew accustomed to James' intense reactions. They thought it was
just a normal aspect of his personality, that he was simply more emotional than other
babies. To alleviate his distress, they would administer painkillers, which seemed to help
calm him down.
