As a freshman, everything felt new and unfamiliar. I was still trying to adjust to my new college life when something completely unexpected happened.

A group of seniors suddenly surrounded me. They were laughing and whispering among themselves. I realized they were about to rag me.

One of them stepped closer with a smirk.

"Hey, fresher... Introduce yourself."

My hands started trembling. I was too scared to say anything.

Just when I thought I was in trouble...

A deep voice interrupted them.

"That's enough. Leave her alone."

The seniors immediately fell silent. Without saying another word, they walked away.

I quickly turned around, wanting to see the person who had helped me.

But before I could catch a glimpse of his face...

He had already disappeared.

I stood there, confused and curious.

Who was he...?

And why did I have a strange feeling that this wasn't the last time our paths would cross?

I stood there for a few seconds, still trying to understand what had just happened.

"Who was he?" I whispered to myself.

Rita smiled after noticing my confused expression.

"Don't worry. You'll get to know everyone soon," she said with a grin.

I nodded, but my mind was somewhere else.

The rest of the day passed normally. The professors introduced themselves, students laughed and chatted with each other, but I couldn't focus on anything. My thoughts kept returning to the mysterious boy who had helped me.

When the final bell rang, I packed my bag and walked toward the college gate. Before leaving, I looked around one last time, hoping to see him again.

But he wasn't there.

As I walked home, I couldn't stop thinking about him.

Who was he? Why did everyone listen to him?

I didn't even know his name...

But somehow, I had a feeling that fate was about to bring us together again.

**It was my first time in this city. Everything felt new and unfamiliar. I had just gotten admission to Thomson Edison College, but instead of feeling excited, I was nervous. I didn't know anyone, and nothing felt comfortable**.

For the first two days, I never stepped out of my classroom. During lunch break, I stayed at my desk while everyone else laughed and made new friends. As soon as the final bell rang, I walked straight out of the college gate and went home.

But on the third day...

Something happened that I had never imagined.

My classmate, Rita, smiled at me and said,

"Come on! You can't stay inside the classroom forever."

Before I could refuse, she held my hand and took me to the college ground.

I looked around, trying to understand why she had brought me there...

For the very first time.

The moment my eyes met his, everything around me seemed to fade away. The voices, the laughter, the crowd... nothing mattered anymore.

I stood there completely frozen, lost in my own thoughts, unable to take my eyes off him.
