Sent!
Megumi blew out a deep sigh, exhaling the air the young adult hasn't realised he's been holding onto. The young man gazed at his phone for a while, mind desolate, he dazed at the light blue signs indicating his message has been sent.
The more Megumi looked, the more anxious he grew. By the time, the second’s hand of the clock right above him managed to complete a whole rotation round the clock, he already decided this was the worst decision of his existence.
He sprang up on the bed, sitting up straight, he almost took back the messages he sent. Though Megumi was a second too late, the bright blue lines turned into deep green followed closely by the three dots suggesting the other person is typing.
Megumi’s breath got caught in his throat again, jade-like green eyes nervously peered at the mobile’s screen, awaiting the other’s reply with a nervous eagerness.
It was not his first time asking the other out. Every time in the past all the answers he received were only an eager- yes. As such, He could not discern why this pit of anxiety encloses him even now, the nervousness still the same as the first time Megumi gathered up his nerves and sent the older man a text.
It had been one word only.
-----𝑫𝒂𝒕𝒆?
Satoru still never ceases any chances to tease Megumi regarding that.
𝑃𝐼𝑁𝐺!
The phone on Megumi’s palm buzzed, a loud ‘𝑝𝑖𝑛𝑔' accompanying it. The emerald-eyed boy froze, not daring to glance down at the message he just received. Instead, long black lashes fluttered nervously, jade coloured gaze fleeting towards the small royal blue box sitting on the bedside table.
Megumi drew in an extended breath and turned up his closed phone again. The reply from Gojo shone right on the front of his notifications, he could finally see what Gojo has sent.
