HELLO, ARCANES HOW ARE Y'ALL, HOPE YOU ARE GOOD, LET'S START THIS CHAPTER WITHOUT ANY FURTHER ADO.

{It was yet again another day for, y/n just like any other days. She was just relaxing, drinking her afternoon tea as the past few months after Mi-young had appeared in her life were rather peaceful and no one, no one from her side knew about the little affair they had going on, not even her own husband. Things with seojoon were also stable, they were just like any other couple, everything was normal...... Or so she thought. That day after she was finished relaxing she was startled by someone ringing the doorbell. She was all alone that day as seojoon was in the office as always and Mi-young had to pay a visit to her sick grandmother. Y/n, still confused went to open the door and she instantly opened the door when she saw her father on the ring video doorbell. Now I'll write a scene.}

Y/n: Appa- (before she could say anything further, gets slapped harshly by her father, making her lips bleed)

Mr.Chae: (furious) don't call me father with that filthy mouth of yours. 😡😡😡🤬🤬

Y/n: (tears start filling her eyes, while she's holding the cheek that he slapped as he have never raised his hands on her. Hiccuping while tears are flowing from her eyes) w- wh- what do you mean???

Mr.Chae: w-wh-what do I mean??? (Mocks) I mean these. (Throws a bunch of photos on her face) What the hell are these????

Y/n: (holds some photos that were thrown her way, looks at it. Eyes widens) where- where did you get these??????

Mr. Chae: how I got them is not relevant, explain it to me cause I'm seriously confused here. My own daughter is a- I don't even want to say that disgusting word. Please explain them to me. Tell me that these are fake.

Y/n: (is at a loss of words as the photos are of her and Mi young and only her face is the one that's visible whereas Mi young's face is fully blurred, the photos are of her and Mi young being..... intimate.) I-

Mr. Chae: you what y/n!!!?????? Tell me have I ever not given you anything, you've had all the luxury life could provide, I've never pressured you to do anything ever since the day you were born. So just why, why would you do this-- How could you turn out like this. This disgusting.....

(Starts screaming at her insulting her and starts to belittle her) you repulse me. Just give me a reason, y/n please....

Y/n: (clenches her jaw) who do you think is the reason for this?? Why do you think I hate men??

If it wasn't for you I would have never hated men. Who do you think always got in bed with me after they had been fooled by all the women they've met. Whose fault do you think it is. If it wasn't for the sickening way you got in bed-- (gets slapped real hard again by him)

Mr. Chae: what did you just say??? You mean I was the reason you turned filthy. That I turned you into a b**ch that spreads her legs for women!!!!!!

Y/n: (too stunned to speak) wh-

(He again starts insulting her poking his fingers on her head and shoving her causing her to hit her head and back on hard surfaces and keeps slapping her when he's just about to slap her again his hand is stopped. They both turn to look at the owner of that hand and it is none other than seojoon)

Seojoon: Dad, stop!!! What are you doing????? (Confused and angry looking at the state y/n is in, bruised and bleeding in places. Stands in front of her.)

Mr. Chae: I- (doesn't want him to know about the affair seeing that seojoon is still protecting her, he still wants them to be married to each other)

Seojoon: (pissed, turns to y/n) are you alright?? Does it hurt too much?? (While wiping the blood and checking everywhere she's bruised) what's the matter with you???? Who hits someone like this without any reason!!! She's your daughter, isn't she?? Huh!!!!!!

Mr. Chae: that- (before he could say something seojoon's gaze falls on a photo on the floor. Bends to pick it up.) wait that's- it's nothing seojoon. Don't-

Seojoon:(speechless, cause the photo is of y/n being hella intimate with a woman who's face is blurred out. Taken aback. But tells her father to leave which he does reluctantly. After he leaves) what.. is this????

Y/n: that.. I.. seojoon-

Seojoon: DON'T!!!!! Please don't!!! (Tears welling in his eyes) Why didn't you tell me the fact that you were attracted to girls?? If you could've just.... Why didn't you just tell me???? (Full blown breakdown)

Y/n: I- I'm sorry, I didn't know how to...

Seojoon: you could've just said no to this marriage, why did you agree, why did you tell that you loved me too. Was it fun doing this behind my back, was it entertaining watching me make a fool of myself..... How could you, y/n I thought you loved me.....

Y/n: I- I do seojoon..

Seojoon: (chuckles, hurt) oh really, so is this your way of showing me your so called love!!! (While showing her the photo, y/n lowers her head. He scoffs in disbelief) how long has this been going on. {I'm sorry but my mind started singing the song 'how long by charlie puth' at this dialogue} was I not enough?? Tell me didn't I treat you right!!! Please just tell me.... (Drops to his knees, y/n quickly moves towards him to catch him by his arms, but he slaps her hands away) DON'T TOUCH ME!!!!!!! (Making y/n flinch and pull her hands to herself, she knows she's the one in wrong if only she had the courage to tell him the truth before breaking his heart like this, if only she hadn't done those things behind his back then maybe, just maybe seojoon wouldn't be so broken now. If only she didn't exist then maybe he wouldn't be so miserable.)

Y/n: I'm really sorry, seojoon, please forgive me...

Seojoon: ..... I can't, not after what you did to me.. I would've accepted you y/n if only you would've shared how you truly feel with me.. why didn't you... I'm supposed to be your best friend, right. Then why didn't you......Why did this have to happen to us now after we've been married for... 5 years, y/n you could've said something to me in those years before I fell so madly in love with you... Why didn't you????? (Both of them, crying real badly) Please leave.. (says, defeated) I don't want to see you anymore.... We'll get a divorce, I'll contact you.....

Y/n: seojoon I-

Seojoon: please y/n.... I don't want to do something I regret.... Please....

Y/n: (sighs in defeat as there's no going back from this, nods and leaves without taking anything, just with the clothes she has on her back.)

AUTHOR NANA POV

{Now starts the POV, after y/n left that day, y/n tried contacting Mi-young multiple times but she never answered y/n's calls or texts. After sometime y/n found out that Mi-young had been doing this to gather dirt on her, that she was the one who delivered those photos, as she was hired by a rival company of her father. So all this time that y/n thought she was in love and was being loved turned out to be a big lie. She was in so much pain, she didn't know why life is so cruel with her particularly, she had never wronged anyone in her life. Why did every bad thing have to find its way to her, she never understood why did she always suffered, just why. Maybe if she hadn't been born then she wouldn't be in so much agony, maybe she was just unfortunate to even think that she deserves just a little bit of happiness. Alas she was left all alone.....again. Then she was contacted regarding the divorce by seojoon's secretary in a week after the incident and they were officially separated that was the last time she saw seojoon. The day they got divorced the condition he was in broke her heart all over again, he looked so exhausted and by the looks of it he had been constantly crying just like she had. But it was all her fault and she wasn't in a place where she could ask for forgiveness even if she did she knew no one would forgive her. After the divorce she left their home and moved to another place as her father disowned her. She relocated to a place where she knew no one and nobody knew her, but a month after moving she found out that she was pregnant by his kid but she didn't dare inform him of this as she didn't want to break him, more than she already, she just couldn't.... She settled in after a few weeks and started working in a restaurant [I know that she studied well and stuff, but she's just done with the world so..... Let's just go with this. The owners are an old couple who'll treat her like their daughter and will make her the owner of the restaurant in a few years old, I know it doesn't make sense.] As for seojoon, he was depressed after the divorce. [I'll write seojoon's POV in the next chapter, hopefully I can convey all the emotions and cover up all the parts ✊🏻✊🏻💪🏻💪🏻] she finally started to enjoy life a little again without any obstacles in her way. She gave birth to a healthy daughter, and was really happy, so happy that she could just forget all about her painful past just by looking at her baby, she promised her [daughter's name is seung-hi okie] that she would always protect her, love her more than anything, will do anything for her make her experience a life she couldn't. She was truly ecstatic, so content just by having a baby by her side. Finally someone who will never hurt her, who she'll cherish more than anything. She was so happy but fate just hadn't had enough of seeing her in misery because----}
