Episode 3

Isabel couldn't believe it. "How can you do this to me, anyone for that matter, huh?" She watched as Carter took her hand in his own and dragged her towards the elevator. Of course he didn't reply to her, just kept on moving. As soon as he reached his Bentley Continental GT, the chauffeur opened the door and Isabel dug her heels in the ground refusing to move forward.

"Move right now or else I carry you to the car, do you understand?" Carter whispered. A fierce red colour started forming on Isabel's cheeks but she refused to acknowledge it and said, "I won't go anywhere with you." 'She looks very cute when she blushes. I can't believe that she's this much innocent',Carter thought.

He bent forward and pushed Isabel on his shoulder. "Ahh, let me down you bastard." She started hitting his back. "Let me go, please, put me down, it's not appropriate for you to do this to me, please." She kept on hitting his back furiously. He said in a frustrated tone, "If you don't stop that, I will spank your ***." With that Isabel went shock still. With a thump he let her down into the car seat and gave her address to the driver.

'Of course he knows my address! Humph! Wait did he research my background?!' " How the hell do you know my address? Did you conduct a background check on me?", Isabel asked. "Yeah, so what?", Carter asked. "You can't possibly do that. You don't have the right to do that," Isabel whined. "I can and I did", Carter told her smugly.

Isabel was furious. Carter sat down next to her while she looked outside the window. She couldn't believe that she'd be saying goodbye to this city, her home, her hospital and her friends like this. Suddenly something touched her face and as soon as she lowered her head to see what it was, she was shocked. On Carter's finger was a tiny droplet and then it clicked in her head that she had been crying silently the whole time. She turned her head in the other direction and silently wiped her tears.

Carter was unable to understand why Isabel was crying but her crying did something to his insides as if the beast in him was ready to pounce at anyone who hurt this lady, but he just sat there with his ice cold face on. He had been taught not to show any emotions and here he sat like a king with the aura of an icicle.

On reaching her home, she got out of the car as soon as possible and tried to run away but within seconds a strong muscular hand circled her waist and pushed her against the wall. "Don't try to run away from me again otherwise the consequences won't be good. They might involve your family, your younger brother and sister in Windsor University are quite lucky no?", Carter said ruthlessly, his face just a few inches away from hers.
