Episode 2

Isabel was not a woman who could be intimidated easily but when tall and handsome Carter Andrew stood near her, her nerves became a mess but she refused to show any signs of her fear.

Isabel quickly changed into her scrubs and ran to the operation theatre. She saw the woman had fainted due to too much pain. She asked the anaesthesiologist to keep her under general anesthesia. The wound was deep but Dr.Isabel remained unfazed. She was used to dealing with these situations.

Carter was standing outside the operation theatre with his brother, Reed Andrew, pacing to and fro. He had been informed that Vinnie had been shot by the Irish mafia family, the Murphy. His patience was decreasing with increasing time. Finally his limit was up and he told Carter, "Get the doctor to open the door otherwise I'll kill her and her family. "

As soon as Carter was about to knock, the door opened. Isabel stepped out of the operation theatre with the nurse wheeling Vinnie. She told Carter that Vinnie and her kids were out of danger and that Vinnie would need to be admitted in hospital for 5 days. Then, Isabel's eyes flew towards Reed Carter who was giving her a stare that would have most people running towards the end of the world but Isabel stood her ground.

Reed came towards her and said, "Vinnie won't stay here, Dr.Isabel. You will come with us either on your own or we drag you with us. You have to be with Vinnie at all times and for that you will come with us to Milan." He turned towards Carter and said, "See to it that she complies. We can't risk her leaking information about Vinnie's pregnancy. You know what to do if she doesn't keep her mouth shut. Kill her family."

Isabel was shocked to core but snapped out of her daze and exclaimed, "Mr.Andrew, you can't force me to do anything I don't want to. To hell with you and your family! I'm not at all interested in going anywhere with you guys, and staying with you all, for that I have to be out of my mind. You may leave with the patient on your own risk. I'm leaving."

With that said, as soon as Isabel turned around to leave, she smacked into a hard wall. It was Carter's chest. "Where are you going, baby girl? Did you know that you don't have a say in this. You are going with us by hook or by crook."

Isabel's blood turned cold and she screamed, "I'm not going anywhere with you, you bastard! " She raised her hand to hit him but her hand was caught midway. Within a second, he twisted her hand forcing her to stand with her back towards him. "Don't ever raise your hands on me again", he growled in her ear making shivers run through her body.
