THE BROTHER'S PLAN

Jason's words hung in the air, his threat clear. Emilia's heart pounded, her mind racing. What was Jason planning?

Adrien's voice was firm, his gun still trained on Jason. "Tell us what you want, Jason. What's this about?"

Jason's smile grew wider, his eyes glinning with excitement. "Oh, it's simple, Detective. I want Emilia's knowledge, her skills, and her...connection to the Crimson Clock."

Lyra's eyes narrowed. "You know about the Crimson Clock?"

Jason laughed. "I know more than you think, Lyra. I've been watching Emilia, studying her work. And I've found the perfect way to harness the Crimson Clock's power."

Emilia's eyes widened in horror. "What have you done, Jason?"

Jason's smile turned sinister. "I've set the wheels in motion, sis. The Crimson Clock is awakening, and you're going to help me control it."

The clock tower's mechanisms creaked to life, gears grinding as the hands began to spin wildly. Emilia felt a surge of energy, the air thickening with anticipation.

Adrien's voice was calm, but his eyes were narrowed. "We won't let you do that, Jason."

Jason laughed, the sound echoing through the clock tower. "You can't stop me, Detective. Emilia's fate is sealed. And so is yours, Lyra."

The clock tower's doors burst open, a flood of light illuminating the dark space. Emilia's eyes widened as she saw a group of figures, their faces hidden, entering the tower.

"Looks like the clock is running out, sis," Jason said, his voice dripping with malice.

The figures moved swiftly, surrounding Adrien and Lyra. Emilia's heart pounded. What was happening?

"Jason, stop this!" Emilia shouted, but he just laughed, disappearing into the shadows.

The figures closed in, their eyes glowing with an otherworldly light. Adrien and Lyra drew their weapons, ready to fight.

But Emilia knew it was too late. The Crimson Clock's power was awakening, and she was the key.

As the figures closed in, Emilia felt a strange sense of calm. She knew what she had to do.

With a burst of determination, Emilia stepped forward, her eyes locked onto the clock tower's face. "I'll do it, Jason. I'll help you."

The clock tower's mechanisms screeched to a halt, the air thick with tension. Jason's eyes gleamed with triumph.

"It's too late to back out now, sis," he whispered, his voice barely audible over the clock tower's din.

Emilia's heart pounded, her mind racing. What had she just done?

The clock tower's hands began to spin wildly, the sound of ticking growing louder. Emilia felt a surge of energy, the Crimson Clock's power coursing through her veins.

As the clock tower's chimes echoed through the night, Emilia knew she was trapped. Jason had won.

But she refused to give up. There was still a way to stop him, to break free from his grasp.

Emilia's eyes locked onto Lyra's, a silent message passing between them. It was time to take back control.

The clock tower's shadows seemed to deepen, the air thickening with anticipation. Emilia's heart pounded, her mind racing. What would happen next?

The clock tower's doors creaked open, revealing a hidden chamber. Jason's voice echoed from within. "Welcome, sis. Welcome to your new life."

Emilia's eyes narrowed, her heart pounding. What was waiting for her in that chamber?
