Episode 3: Stray fox

The class had been dismissed and it was time to go home. Kira was walking at the street and she felt someone following her, she was so annoyed so she walk more faster. When she turned around an unexpected...

"It was the annoying fox!" She tell to her self. "Why are you following me? You really had a nerve to annoyed me even going home."

Kai look annoyed by Kira's thought and be lean down close to him. "Excuse me, following? You? Me following you? Can't you see, you're standing in front of my house."

Kira froze trembling to look at her side. "T-t-this is you're house?"

Kai grin as he saw Kira's expression. "Don't tell me you want to bey housemates."

Kira's expression turned blank on Kai's word. "What?! No way!"

"Then why are you standing here?" Kai's ask with a grin on his face.

"Because my house is next yours!" Kira turned around and start walking away. Doesn't want to argue on Kai any longer.

"Be a good neighbor!" Kai yelled, then walked on the gate of his house whistling.

Kira's grip on the doorknob was tight and walk inside despite the surroundings. She doesn't notice her grandparents and just sit on the couch leaning on the back.

"Sweetie, how is your first day of school?" Her grandma ask bringing down a hot chocolate on the table.

Kira sit properly to see her grandma. "Well...it wasn't how id expected it to be." Kira took a sip of the hot chocolate felt a warm inside her heart.

"Why sweetie? Is the academy are not good enough to you?" Her grandma ask as she sat beside Kira.

Kira's expression turned blank again when her grandma ask. "Uh...well about the academy it was okay...but I just encountered a stray fox."

Her grandma's eyes widened. "'Stray fox?' I thought wild animals are not allowed on the school."

Kira burst out the hot chocolate mentioning"wild animals". She wiped her mouth with a towel and shake her head. "No,no it wasn't a real–" she paused and sigh standing. "I think I need to go upstairs now, grandma. I need to study for tomorrow."

" Okay, sweetie, don't sleep late at night." Her grandma said in a low tone.

Kira nodded and start walking upstairs her foot steep echoing in the hallway. She hold the doorknob and open it and close it. Her room was so dark and cold, she throw her nag on her bed and walk towards her window. Suddenly when she open the curtain she saw, "the stray fox?!"

On Kai's room he also saw Kira, he grin and stick out his tongue. "This genius hedgehog is really interesting."

Kira pissed off and close the curtain forcedly. "What's wrong with that stray fox?!"

While Kai is laughing like an evil spirit. "Hehe. I think I just pissed off that genius hedgehog. Nah, never mind."

Kira sat down on her bed and stare at the ceiling. "Why does life is so hard? This is the worst day in my life. Why does life so hard?"
