In my opinion, students should work part-time for the following 2 reasons. First of all, part-time jobs will help you gain more experience in the future. In fact, universities only teach students basic knowledge, sometimes students do not have too many opportunities to interact with the working environment. And that's why it's easy for students to be confused in their work after graduation. Employers generally prefer to hire applicants with some form of work experience, as they already have an understanding of workplace ethics and company culture. Work experience also shows that you’re a hard worker and that you’re good at multitasking as you found the time to work and study simultaneously. For example, some studies show that students who have worked while studying are more likely to be successful than those who have just graduated and are looking for work. The second reason is equally important that students can earn extra money to pay for their daily living. Being a student sometimes doesn't have too much money, but when you work part-time you won't have to worry about making a living or depending on both parents' allowance. It will help you be more independent in the economy. The amount of salary you receive can pay for water, electricity, meals or even school fees. If you don't know, now an hour of overtime you will be paid from 0.5 to 1 dollar. In my opinion, if students want to have a richer life, they must find a part-time job that suits them and do it well.
