First thoughts. Peak. We probably learned more about Anya here than anyother chapter. Her backstory was great. Gives her a reason to be. Her narration is absolute peak. I might even like it more than Velan. Love the way she narrates. Also. SOMEONE'S IN LOVVVEEE~!!! I do think we could've gotten a bit more 'sass' from her internal monologues, but it's okay. I'm pretty sure you're going towards her being hard on the outside and just a scared little girl on the inside. Also, I love the blind king. He's low-key the longer of this group and I love it. I do wonder what Velan had in his visions. 9/10
